Easy to install self-contained modules for continuous or intermittent modes of operation with various inlet and enclosure sizes. 2” to 18” diam. inlets for slurry pipes, rectangular flange inlets for dry solids chutes. 1-piece cutter caps for correct blade installation. Natural rubber inner surfaces with other materials available.

Model 4510-3200

Can be installed as a primary or secondary device to take metallurgical accounting samples of slurry. 60 degree cutter discharge angle. Cutter arrangements of 1 to 3 sets. 2 inch diameter inlets. Inspection doors on top for cutter inspection and replacement.

Model 4620

Can be installed as a primary or secondary device to take metallurgical accounting samples of slurry streams. Using radial designed cutter, with 30 degree discharge angle, available with cutter arrangements of 1 to 4 sets, for 4 or 6 inch diameter inlets. Inspection doors on top for cutter inspection and replacement.

Model 4710-3500

Can be installed as a primary or secondary device to take metallurgical accounting samples of slurry or dry granular solids streams. 45 degree cutter discharge angle can be used with lower % solids slurry or dry granular material. Cutter arrangements of 1 to 4 sets. 2, 2½ or 3 inch diameter inlets. Cutter inspection doors on top and side.

Can be installed as a primary or secondary device to take metallurgical accounting samples of slurry or dry granular solids streams. Using radial designed cutter, with 45 degree discharge angle, available with cutter arrangements of 1 to 4 sets, for 4 or 6 inch diameter inlets. Inspection doors on top for cutter inspection and replacement.

Can be installed as a primary or secondary device to take metallurgical accounting samples of slurry or dry granular solids streams. 60 degree cutter discharge angle for best free flowing of higher % solids slurry or slightly moist granular material. Cutter arrangements of 1 to 4 sets. 2, 2½ or 3 inch diameter inlets. Inspection doors on top and side for cutter inspection and replacement.

Model 4820

Can be installed as a primary or secondary device to take metallurgical accounting samples of dry granular solids streams. Using radial designed cutter, with 60 degree discharge angle, available with cutter arrangements of 1 to 4 sets, for 4 or 6 inch square inlets and 8” outlet. Inspection doors on top for cutter inspection and replacement.
